GARDEN GRAZING at Clandulla

Pick. Prepare. Graze.

Garden Grazing isn’t a cooking class, and you certainly don’t need to be an expert gardener. It’s an invitation to step into our garden, see what’s growing and discover how a once-small idea has grown into one of my favourite places on the farm.

We’ll wander through the garden together as I share my own growing journey β€” what I’ve learnt, what hasn’t quite gone to plan, what we’re growing now and why creating this garden has given me such an unexpected sense of happiness, connection and pride.

Along the way, we’ll talk about what’s in season, how we grow it and, most importantly, we’ll pick some of it. Because that’s lunch!

With our baskets full, we’ll head back to the table and turn our freshly picked produce into a simple, delicious seasonal Asian inspired lunch. Everyone can get involved in preparing the food before we sit down together, pour a drink and enjoy what we’ve created.

There’ll be plenty of time to eat, chat, ask questions, swap garden stories and perhaps leave feeling inspired to grow something of your own.

And because gardens don’t follow menus, every Garden Grazing experience will be a little different. What we pick, prepare and eat will be guided by what’s growing beautifully in the garden that week.
