Terms and Conditions

All visitors to our farm will be asked to complete
and sign a Waiver and Release of Liability Form on arrival.

To fully enjoy and appreciate farm life we have a 2 nights stay minimum policy.

Check in: after 2pm
Check out: by 10am (late check outs will result in an additional fee)

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated area and not within 5 metres of any buildings
including stables, sheds and gardens.

Fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit. Fires must be started by Management only and kept small and manageable. In a total Fire Ban no fires will be allowed.

You must comply with all applicable Farm Rules and all instructions from your hosts to allow all guests to safely enjoy their stay.

Only the number of guests agreed in the confirmed booking may stay on the Property over night.

Extra charges will apply to any additional guests.

You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and any expense incurred by Clandulla Cottages during your stay.

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance as Clandulla Cottages is not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying on our property. Clandulla Cottages is not responsible for any loss or damage you may incur.

Payment policy

Deposit: 50% of accommodation fee required at time of booking.

Final payment: Final 50% will be due at check in and will be automatically processed with the details provided unless otherwise advised.

Exception: If you book through agoda.com payment in full is required at the time of your booking.

Extras: Any extras added during your stay such as meals or laundry will be charged at check out.

Payments of the amount due must be received in Australian Dollars.

Credit card details will be required to secure the booking.

Payment by the following methods:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Direct deposit into our bank account (To be arranged by email)

Any damage, loss or expense incurred as a result of your breach of the Terms & Conditions will be charged against the credit card. Examples include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra Guests or Visitors beyond those declared.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge if made prior to 15 days of arrival.

Bookings cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled check in date will result in the charge of 1 night’s accommodation (= deposit not refundable).

In case of no-show: 100% of the booking is charged.

Some special rate offers or reduced minimum night bookings may be non-cancellable as specified
with the individual booking. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Change of dates

Changes to the dates of your booking can be made 15 or more days prior to the start of your stay if the new dates are available.
