Clandulla Cottages & Farmstay hosts up to 14 guests for a two night stay. This will give you the Farm exclusively for the 2 days and 2 nights around your wedding.

We have four fully self-contained cottages each surrounded by gardens and views. Enjoy a BBQ and a glass of wine with your nearest and dearest on the shared deck the night before your wedding. Keep the wedding jitters away!

Rose Cottage is apart from the rest and the perfect romantic nest for the love birds. With its King four poster bed and its cosy plush lounge, you will be able to relax and appreciate the quiet serenity.

Your stay includes Continental Breakfast, Animal feeding, Fire pit at night, Free Wifi, DVD library and more.

In a secluded part of the farm, looking out over the rolling hills, surrounded by trees and close to Rose Cottage, you will find our Powder Club.

Here we have an exclusive and private space for the Bride and her hens to prepare and pamper themselves. Have your Hairdresser and Make-up Artist meet you here on your special day to add the final touches to the most important person at your wedding.

The room has several mirrors, including a full length one, hanging space for your dresses, comfy chairs and a plush chaise-longue, perfect for photos of the Bride in all her finery. No matter what time of year, this air conditioned space will keep you comfortable and the bar fridge will keep your snacks and bubbles cool.

COOL ROOM – $300

Clandulla is a BYO venue, we do not supply alcohol.

We do however have a cool room at your disposal. You can drop your drinks off the day before and they will be just right by your reception.

The cool room is to be accessed only by Clandulla Staff .

CLANDULLA STAFF (Must have item)

Minimum 3h – $180

Minimum two Clandulla staff members are required to oversee the proceedings, more being needed depending on the size of the Wedding Party.

Clandulla Staff will be responsible for the orientation of your arriving guests (parking, directing, assembling). Showing your suppliers, vendors and Master of Ceremonies where to go and how to set up. Replenishing the drinks (bringing them up from the Coolroom) serving and clearing bottles etc. Clearing the tables of plates and rubbish and any cleanups necessary.

These are some examples of the duties performed by our staff.

This includes a Run Sheet to make sure everything goes along in a smooth and timely manner.


$500 Non Refundable Deposit to hold the date to be paid on the return of the signed Wedding Contract.
The remaining amount is due 8 weeks before the Wedding.


Cancellation within 8 weeks of the Wedding date will result in a refund of only 50% of the total payment. No refunds will be provided if the event is cancelled less than 30 days before the Wedding, except at the discretion of Clandulla management.

Change of date

In the event the Couple is forced to change the date of the Wedding every effort will be made by Clandulla Cottages to transfer reservations to support the new date. Change of date would have to occur
at least 60 days prior to the event.
