Do you require a deposit?

Yes we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is refundable up to 15
days prior to your check-in.

What if I need to cancel my stay, do I get a refund?
Free of charge cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
If cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival = deposit is non refundable
No shows or cancellations after check-in = 100% of the total booking will be forfeited
What if I need to re-schedule my stay?
No amendment permitted within 14 days of arrival (non refundable deposit).
If I can’t attend my booking due to issues related to Covid19 restrictions , do I get a refund?
For Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable. However if
you are not able to attend your booking because of border restrictions, you may reschedule
your stay at another time (the deposit is still non refundable).
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2pm and check-out 10am.
What time does the reception close (late check-in)?
The reception is open from 8am to 6pm. In the event you’d like to check-in after 6pm,
please contact us on 0755 430 990.
Do you provide linen and towels?
Yes, we use high quality linen and towels for our guests, available in the rooms.
What are the farm activities?
We invite our guests to join us on the twice daily feeding of our farm animals.
What time is the animal feeding?
Animal feeding takes place at 8am and 4:30pm everyday.
Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

Yes. The price for 2 nights stay varies from $460 to $500 depending on the room and the
number of guests. The voucher can be any amount you’d like. If you want to pay just a part
of the stay, this is welcome.
Gift vouchers are to be used within 2 years so you have plenty of time to organise your/
someone else’s stay.

Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets are allowed. This is a mater of biosecurity on the farm.
How many guests can you sleep?

Mexicana Suite can sleep 4 guests
Okotoks Suite can sleep 4 guests
Camelot Suite can sleep 2 guests
Rose Cottage can sleep 2 guests
Each room can add 1 extra guest (Mexicana can have 2 extra) for an extra $25 per person
per night.

Is there a restaurant at Clandulla Cottages?
No, there is no restaurant here. Clandulla Cottages is self-catered. Each room has a
kitchenette as well as BBQ. Mexicana, Okotoks and Camelot Suites also share an outdoor
kitchen.
If you don’t feel like cooking we are located near Canungra (10 mins drive) and Beaudesert
(15 min drive).
Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is permitted in the visitor Carpark, provided there are no total fire bans in place.
No smoking is permitted anywhere else on the property.

Do you have wifi?
Yes we have free wifi in your room.
Can we have a camp fire?

We have a lovely fire pit at the disposition of our guests with fire wood provided. You can
light the camp fire at your convenience or we are happy to help you light it if help is
required.

Do you have TV’s and DVD players in the rooms?
Yes, we also have a DVD library available in the reception for guests to help themselves.
Do you provide portacots and high chairs?
Yes we do. Portacots are an extra $25 and high chairs are free.
Where are the closest shops/restaurants?

Clandulla is located near many touristic attractions, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Here are
the nearest towns:
– Beaudesert (15min from Clandulla): Coles, Woolworth, Aldi, Caltex, Cafes, Restaurants, Fast
Food chains.
– Canungra (10 min from Clandulla): Foodworks, Caltex, BP, Visitor Information Centre, Cafes and
Restaurants.
_ Tamborine Mountain (15 min from Clandulla): restaurants and shops

How far are the national Parks?

There are numerous national parks in the Scenic Rim. The closest to Clandulla are:
Tamborine National Park at 20 mins
Lamington National Park at 40 mins
Springbrook National Park at 60 mins
